Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your hair extensions, you can return them under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be made within 20 days from the date of purchase.
Hair extensions must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all packaging intact.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for hair extensions that have been worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging.
Return Process
1. Request a Return Authorization:
Contact our customer service team at support@manefetish.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Prepare Your Return:
Once you receive the RA number, securely package the hair extensions in their original packaging along with the packing slip.
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship Your Return:
Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and special promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Any hair extensions that have been altered, worn, or removed from their original packaging are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
